The country music superstar took to Instagram on New Year’s Eve to share the black-and-white snapshot, which was taken backstage at her concert in Nashville.
In the caption, Underwood reflected on the ups and downs of the past year and said she’s looking forward to what 2018 has in store.
“So long, 2017,” she wrote. “It’s been interesting, to say the least. I’m so excited for 2018… new music… new baby… just all sorts of good stuff on the horizon.”
Underwood and her husband, Mike Fisher, are expecting their second child together. The couple welcomed their son, Isaiah, in February 2015.
