Joel Thomas Zimmerman (born January 5, 1981), better known by his stage name Deadmau5 (stylized as deadmau5; pronounced “dead mouse”), is a Canadian electronic music producer and DJ from Toronto, Ontario. On a number of occasions, he has collaborated with Steve Duda under the alias BSOD, as well as on some album material with disco producer Eric Prydz under the alias Pinup Girls. His album titles Advanced Reconstruction (2007) and At Play (2008) reflect this musical style. A remix album titled For Lack of a Better Name was released in late 2009, followed by 4×4=12 in 2010.

Tiësto is a Netherlands-based DJ and record producer. His real name is Tijs Verwest. He was born in Breda, Netherlands on January 17, 1969. Tiësto started his career in the mid 1980s in the club scene of Rotterdam. In 1999 and 2000 Tiësto released the albums Magik Two: Story of the Fall and Magik Three: Far from Earth, which established him as a trance pioneer and world’s leading DJ. He won a Grammy Award for his remix of John Legend’s “All of Me” in 2015.
