The Revivalists
The Revivalists are an American rock band from New Orleans, Louisiana, formed in 2007. The band consists of Ed Williams (lead guitar), David Shaw (lead vocals), Zack Feinberg (rhythm guitar), George Gekas (bass guitar), Michael Girardot (keyboard, trumpet), Rob Ingraham (saxophone), Andrew Campanelli (drums) and PJ Morton (keyboard).
The Revivalists have released three albums: their self-titled debut album in 2010, “City of Sound” in 2013, and their most recent album, “Men Amongst Mountains” in 2016. The Revivalists have also released two EPs: “Vital Signs” in 2011 and “Killin’ It Live” in 2012.
The Revivalists have toured extensively throughout the United States, and have also performed at festivals such as Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Hangout Fest, Voodoo Experience, and Forecastle.
The Head and the Heart
Formed in the summer of 2009, The Head and the Heart is a band that writes anthems rooted in the folk tradition. Their eponymous debut album was recorded live over two weeks in an old Oregon farmhouse with no running water or electricity, and released in 2011 on Sub Pop records. The record has been praised by Paste magazine as “achingly beautiful” and Pitchfork as “hugely impressive”. In 2013, The Head and the Heart released their follow up album Let’s Be Still to critical acclaim, with critics calling it “an accomplished work of expert song craft” (Billboard) and “uplifting without being saccharine” (The AV Club). The Head and the Heart is currently touring the US and Europe in support of their new album Jealous Gates.
Lord Huron
Lord Huron is an American folk rock band from Los Angeles, California. The group’s debut album, “Lonesome Dreams”, was released in 2012 on IAMSOUND Records.
The band’s second album, “Strange Trails”, was released on April 7, 2015. The album’s lead single, “Fool for Love”, was released on February 3, 2015.
The Lumineers
The Lumineers are an American folk rock band based in Denver, Colorado. The founding members are Wesley Schultz (lead vocals, guitar) and Jeremiah Fraites (drums, percussion). The Lumineers rose to prominence in 2012 with their hit single “Ho Hey”, which reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. In 2013, they released their self-titled debut album which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified platinum in 2016. Their follow-up album Cleopatra was released in 2016 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
