The 2021 Latin Billboard Music Awards will air live on Telemundo on Thursday, April 29 at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT. The awards show will also be available to stream on the Telemundo app and Telemundo Now.

The show will air live on Telemundo at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT on April 25, and will be simulcast on Univision. Best Artist

It’s time to celebrate the best in Latin music! The Latin Billboard Music Awards are back for another night of musical greatness. This year’s show will be hosted by Becky G and Sergio Raphael, and will feature performances by some of the biggest names in the industry.

Best New Artist

Liz Rodrigues is nominated for Best New Artist at the Latin Billboard Music Awards 2021. The show will air on Univision on April 26 at 8 p.m. EST.

Best Male Artist

As the Latin Billboard Music Awards kick off on Thursday night (April 22), there are plenty of male artists up for the coveted prize of best male artist.

The eight nominees this year are Bad Bunny, J Balvin, Ozuna, Ricky Martin, Sebastian Yatra, Alejandro Fernandez, Nicky Jam and Carlos Vives.

Best Male Artist is one of the most competitive categories at the awards show this year, with all eight men being heavy-hitters in the Latin music industry.

Bad Bunny has had an incredible year, with his album El Último Tour Del Mundo debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and becoming the first all-Spanish album to do so. He’s also up for several other awards at the show, including Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year, Solo.

J Balvin is also nominated for several awards at the show, including Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year and Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year. His most recent album Colores debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and features hits like “Un Día (One Day),” “Azul,” “Rojo” and “Amarillo.”

Ozuna is another artist who had a huge year, with his album Nibiru debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. He’s also up for several other awards at the show, including Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year and Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year.

Ricky Martin is nominated for Best Male Artist as well as Icon Award recipient at this year’s show. He’s had a long and successful career in both Spanish- and English-language music, and has released hits like “Livin’ La Vida Loca,” “She Bangs,” “Maria” and “Vente Pa’ Ca.”

Sebastian Yatra is up for Best Male Artist as well as two other awards at this year’s show: Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year and Hot Latin Songs Artist of His album Fantasma features hits like “Chica Ideal,” “Runaway” and “Sutra.”

Alejandro Fernandez is a Mexican singer who has been active since 1991. He’s up for Best Male Artist as well as Icon Award recipient at this year’s show. His hits include “Más Enamorado,” “Me Estoy Enamorando” and “Hoy Tengo Ganas De Ti.”

Nicky Jam is a reggaeton singer who has been active since 1994. He’s up for Best Male Artist as well as Icon Award recipient at this year’s show. His hits include “El Perdón,” “Hasta El Amanecer” and “X.”

Best Female Artist

The Latin Billboard Music Awards 2021 will air live on Thursday, April 29 at 7 p.m. ET on Telemundo. This will be the first time the annual awards show airs on the network.
