Katy Perry – “California Gurls”

Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” video might be the only thing more fun than the song itself. It’s bright, it’s sexy, and it’s crammed full of visual references to some of Katy’s favorite things: candy, beaches, and, uh, boobs. There’s also Snoop Dogg riding a golden motorcycle and melted ice cream running down Katy’s bare chest. In other words: pure summertime fun.

Lady Gaga – “Telephone”

“Telephone” is a song recorded by American singer Lady Gaga for her third EP, The Fame Monster (2009). The song was written by Gaga, Martin Bresso, Pierre Jacquier and Nikolas Asgarald, while production was handled by DJ White Shadow. “Telephone” serves as the second single from The Fame Monster in the United Kingdom and Ireland, while in North America it is the third single. It was released as a single on March 15, 2010.

Eminem – “Not Afraid”

The music video for “Not Afraid” was directed by Rich Lee, who also worked with Eminem on the videos for “Lose Yourself” and “No Love”. The video was filmed in Detroit in April 2010. It depicts Eminem’s journey from his home to the top of a building, interspersed with footage of Eminem rapping the song’s lyrics. The video also features appearances by fellow rappers Royce da 5’9″, Lloyd Banks, and 50 Cent.

The video received positive reviews from music critics, who praised its visual style and Eminem’s performance. It won the MTV Video Music Award for Best Male Video and was nominated for Best Hip-Hop Video at the BET Awards.

The song was released on April 27, 2010, as the third single from B.o.B’s debut studio album, The Adventures of Bobby Ray (2010). “Airplanes” peaked at number two on the US Billboard Hot 100. The song also peaked within the top ten of the charts in the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand. The music video was directed by Hiro Murai and features American actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson. The video was nominated for Video of the Year at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.

Justin Bieber – “Baby”

“Baby” is a song by Canadian recording artist Justin Bieber. It was released as the lead single from the latter half of Bieber’s debut album, My World 2.0. The track features American rapper Ludacris, who co-wrote the song with Bieber and Christopher Bridges. It was produced by Slot-A and released on January 18, 2010.

The music video features Bieber in various locations around Miami, Florida, including Little Havana and South Beach. In the video, Bieber is seen performing various stunts, including driving a motorcycle and flying a jetpack. The video also features several cameo appearances, including one from rapper Lil Wayne.

The video received mixed reviews from critics; some praised the visuals and Others criticized it for its overuse of product placement. However, many commentators praised the video for its pro-social message. “OMG” is a song by American recording artist Usher, featuring will.i.am, taken from his sixth studio album, Raymond v. Raymond (2010). It was released on March 23, 2010 as the album’s lead single and serviced to contemporary hit radio stations in the United States on April 6, 2010. The song was written by Usher, will.i.am and Jamplified. It was also produced by the latter two with additional production credits from Klas Åhlund and audio engineering coming from Dylan Dresdow.

The official remix for the song features rapper Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em. The video for “OMG” was shot in Los Angeles, California and directed by buses&horses collective; it features cameos from actor Kevin Hart as well as NBA star Shaquille O’Neal dressed in a genie outfit.”OMG” peaked at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, giving Usher his ninth number-one single (sixth consecutive) thus extending his record for most number-one singles among male solo artists in the Hot 100’s history.”OMG” also became his sixth consecutive number-one song on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart[11] and has topped charts in Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand and Switzerland.”OMG” received generally positive reviews from music critics who praised its hook while some compared it to past works by both artists.”OMG” earned Usher several awards including a Grammy Award nomination for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals at the 53rd Grammy Awards.

The video opens with a scene of Shaquille O’Neal standing outside an abandoned warehouse which has “URSHR” graffiti’ed onto it.[12][13] While waiting he does some suggestive dancing before entering through a door that leads him into what appears to be an underground night club where he met up with Usher.[14][15] The two dance together before being confronted by a gang of people who challenge them to a dance battle which they eventually win.[16][17] Throughout the video several scenes feature people break dancing as well as acrobatic tricks being performed in zero-gravity conditions achieved using wires and CGI.[18][19] During the second chorus Kevin Hart makes an appearance driving down a busy Los Angeles freeway in his convertible while rapping his verse.[20][21] He is then joined by Usher & Will.I.Am doing synchronized choreography on top of cars that are driving down the freeway.[22][23]

The video ends with all three artists sitting on top of various convertibles parked inside the warehouse where they began been earlier sitting among many scantily clad women.[24]”
