Daniel E. Sheehy is a native of Portland, Oregon. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, he was admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon in October, 2001. Mr. Sheehy is also a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas and was admitted to practice law in Texas in November, 2004.

Daniel E. Sheehy was born in Hartford, Connecticut in 1965. He grew up in West Hartford, and attended public schools. He graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1988.
Career
Sheehy is currently serving as the Director of Music for the National Catholic Schools in Washington, D.C., a position to which he was appointed in January 2009 by Archbishop Donald Wuerl. Prior to that, from 1982 until his move to Washington D.C., he was on the music faculty at St. Mary’s College of Maryland where he served as Director of Choral Activities and taught courses in choral conducting and music education. He has also served as conductor of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra Chorus (now Chesapeake Chamber Orchestra) and Director of Music at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Gaithersburg, MD.
Personal Life
Daniel Sheehy was born in Omaha, Nebraska, on September 11, 1965.He married Dana in 1987, and the couple has four children. In his spare time, Sheehy enjoys coaching his kids’ soccer and baseball teams.
