It was a tough year for music lovers everywhere, but we’ve finally managed to whittle down our list of the best electronic house music of 2015. From sitar-infused anthems and sun-kissed Balearic beats, to emotive techno workouts and off-kilter IDM excursions, this was a vintage year for dancefloor fillers.

In no particular order, here are our favorite electronic house tracks of 2015…

1. Âme – Rej (Original Mix)
A typically understated but nonetheless anthemic outing from the German duo, ‘Rej’ was one of the standouts from Âme’s much-loved In Colour album.

2. Maceo Plex – Conjure Drama (Original Mix)
Maceo Plex delivered one of the strongest EPs of his career with the Conjure series, and ‘Conjure Drama’ was a worthy centerpiece; a gorgeous blend of flickering melodies, rolling drums and ethereal vocal snippets.

3. Mano Le Tough – Primative People (Tale Of Us Remix)
Tale Of Us continued their remarkable hot streak with this stellar remix of Mano Le Tough’s ‘Primitive People’. A perfect example of the Italian duo’s ability to fuse density and emotion in their productions, it was one of the most affecting club tracks of the year.

4. Bicep – Just (Original Mix)
The long-awaited debut single from Belfast duo Bicep did not disappoint, matching its gorgeous artwork with eight minutes of sublime deep house driven by swirling arpeggios and ethereal vocal samples.
