Eligibility
To be eligible for this award, a song must have been commercially released as a single in Spanish or English during the eligibility period. Songs must have achieved significant radio airplay and/or sales in order to be eligible.
Criteria
In order to be eligible for the Latin Pop/Reggaeton Song of the Year award, a song must have been released between January 1 and December 31 of the eligibility year. The song must also have been a commercial success, meaning it must have charted on either the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart or the Latin Digital Song Sales chart.
