Introduction
The Latin Music Awards is an annual music awards show that honors the best in Latin music. The show was founded in 2015 by the Latin Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (LARAS) and is broadcast live on Univision.
The show is held every year in Miami, Florida and features performances by some of the biggest names in Latin music. This year’s show will take place on November 19, 2021 at the American Airlines Arena.
Some of the past winners of the Latin Music Awards include Luis Fonsi, Ozuna, Shakira, Romeo Santos,Jennifer Lopez, and Marc Anthony.
The nominees
The nominees for the Latin Music Awards 2021 have been announced and fans are eagerly awaiting the results. This year’s nominees include some of the biggest names in Latin music, including Shakira, Ricky Martin, and Luis Fonsi.
The awards ceremony will take place on April 27, 2021, and will be broadcast live on Univision. This year’s host is none other than superstar Jennifer Lopez.

The host
The Latin Music Awards 2021 will be hosted by Mexican singer and actress Eiza González. The event will take place on Thursday, April 29, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
The performance
The night’s top award went to Ozuna, who took home the statuette for Artist of the Year. Ozuna dedicated his win to “all the artists that have gone before me, that have inspired me, and that have helped me become the artist I am today.” He also thanked his fans for their support, saying “I would not be here without you.”
Other big winners included Bad Bunny and J Balvin, who took home five awards each. Bad Bunny was named Male Artist of the Year and J Balvin was named Male Artist of the Year. They also won awards for Song of the Year (for “I Like It”), Album of the Year (for Vibras) and Collaboration of the Year (for “Mi Gente”).
Justin Bieber was among the performers at the show, taking the stage with Chance The Rapper to sing their hit song “Confident.” Bieber also won an award for Social Artist of the Year.
The show was hosted by actor/musician Mario Lopez and television personality Roselyn Sanchez.
