## Title: How to make a perfect scrambled egg – (How to Make Scrambled Eggs)
## Heading: Know your ratios
## Expansion:

Scrambled eggs are one of those things that are so simple to make but so easy to mess up. The key to making scrambled eggs that are fluffy and not dry or rubbery is all about getting the ratio of eggs to milk just right. For every three eggs you use, add 1/4 cup of milk (whole or 2%). whisk together until combined then cook over medium heat until desired doneness is reached – about 3 minutes for soft scramble eggs and 5 minutes for firm scramble eggs.

Once you have your ratio down, there are a few other things you can do to take your scramble eggs up a notch:
– add 1 tablespoon of butter to your pan for ultra rich and creamy scrambled eggs
– for extra fluffy eggs – separate yolks from whites then whisk whites until stiff peaks form before folding into yolk mixture
– add cooked diced bacon, ham or sausage
– stir in some shredded cheese
– mix in sautéed vegetables like mushrooms, onions or bell peppers
