We Will Rock You – The Musical – Cast Announcement
The award-winning, worldwide smash hit musical We Will Rock You makes its triumphant return to the stage in 2019, and we are delighted to announce the cast for the UK tour.
Bohemian Rhapsody meets tick-tock in a hilarious, high-octane show that has been wowing audiences around the world for 16 years. Set 300 years in the future, We Will Rock You tells the story of a group of Bohemians who fight against an evil Global Sark Corporation to save rock ‘n’ roll.
With 24 of Queen’s biggest hits, including We Are The Champions, Radio Ga Ga, I Want To Break Free and of course, Bohemian Rhapsody, this is a show not to be missed.
We Will Rock You – The Musical will embark on a nationwide tour from September 2019 – January 2020, opening at Manchester Opera House on Wednesday 18 September before visiting more than 30 venues across the UK.

The producers of We Will Rock You – The Musical are delighted to announce the full cast for the UK and Ireland Tour.
Brian May and Roger Taylor said, “We are thrilled that the cast for the UK and Ireland Tour of We Will Rock You has been announced. We are looking forward to seeing the show in theatres across the country.”
The cast is led by Jamael Westman as Galileo, Nicole Raquel Dennis as Scaramouche, Kayi Ushe as Buddy, Suzie Chard as Oz, Tanisha Spring as Britney and Matthew very good Miller is Killer Queen. The full list of cast and touring dates can be found below.
We Will Rock You – The Musical tells the story of a group of Bohemians who struggle to restore freedom to their oppressed planet by rediscovering the power of rock music.

We are thrilled to announce the cast of We Will Rock You – The Musical!
Leading the cast as Galileo Figaro will be Aaron Sidwell, fresh from his starring role as Steven Beale in EastEnders. He will be joined by Nicole Raquel Dennis as Scaramouche, Victoria Summer as Meat Loaf, Gavin Creel as Khashoggi, and Hannah Levane as Oz.

We Will Rock You – The Musical, the smash-hit musical by Queen and Ben Elton, is coming to Australia in 2019!
With a cast of Australian musical theatre favourites, the show will rock Australia from October 2019.
In We Will Rock You, Bohemians fight for the right to be different in a globalised world, and for the power to choose what you want to be – even if you’re not sure what that is.
With Queen classics including “Another One Bites The Dust”, “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”, “Somebody To Love” and of course, “We Will Rock You”, We Will Rock You – The Musical is a foot-stomping tribute to Queen, and a celebration of their much-loved songs.
The Australian production will be led by creative team Simon Phillips (Director), Mark Fisher (Scenic and Costume Designer), Willie Williams (Lighting Designer) and Peteita Winnik (Associate Director).
With an iconic score including We Are The Champions, Bohemian Rhapsody and Radio Ga Ga – plus more than 24 of their greatest hits – We Will Rock You is a musical like no other.

Go behind the scenes of We Will Rock You – The Musical, a rock musical based on the songs of Queen with a book by Ben Elton. The show follows the story of a group of Bohemians who fight against the might of the Globalsoft Corporation, and the new world order that it represents. The title comes from Queen’s song “We Will Rock You”.

Theater casts are a special breed of people. They have to be talented, of course, but they also have to be able to work well under pressure, handle long hours, and be comfortable with change. That’s why we’re so excited to announce the cast of We Will Rock You – The Musical!
The show will be helmed by director Kristin Hanggi, who has directed and choreographed productions on Broadway and all over the world. “I am thrilled to be directing and choreographing We Will Rock You – The Musical,” she said. “The energy and excitement that surrounds this show is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I can’t wait to share it with audiences!”
Joining Hanggi is a cast of incredible performers, including Aaron Tveit as Galileo, Tony Award winner Bryce Pinkham as Khashoggi, Tony Award nominee Victoria Clark as Killer Queen, and Tony Award nominee Derek Klena as Britney. “I am so honored to be a part of this production,” Tveit said. “We Will Rock You is an iconic musical with a powerful message, and I can’t wait to bring it to life with this amazing cast and crew.”

The creative team behind We Will Rock You – The Musical has just been announced, and we couldn’t be more excited!
Joining director Ben Elton are:
Choreographer Jennifer Weber, whose credits include global smash hit Hamilton;
Set and costume designer Tim Hatley, whose work includes global smash hit Billy Elliot The Musical;
Lighting designer Hugh Vanstone, whose work includes Tony Award-winning The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time; and
Sound designer Richard Brooker, whose work includes Tony Award-winning Jersey Boys.
