This year’s show will feature performances by some of the biggest names in country music, including Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood.
The host
The 54th Academy of Country Music Awards will be broadcast live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS. The show will be hosted by veteran country music duo Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton.

The show will air live on Amazon Monday at 8 p.m. EST. It will be available to viewers in the US, UK, Germany, Austria, and Japan.
The aftermath
The show wrapped up around 11:15pm EST and it was a night full of performances and awards. Carrie Underwood took home the award for Female Vocalist of the Year, making it her 7th consecutive win in the category. Keith Urban won Entertainer of the Year, his first time winning the award.
In addition to wins by established artists, there were also several breakthrough moments for newer artists. Maren Morris won three awards, including Song of the Year for “My Church.” She also won Single Record of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year, both for her collaboration with Thomas Rhett on “Die a Happy Man.”
Chris Stapleton won Male Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year for Traveller. It was a big night for Stapleton, who was also nominated in eight other categories. He took home a total of three awards.
