‘Goatwhore – Vengeful Ascension’

On their seventh full-length, New Orleans metal misfits Goatwhore continue spreading their diabolical gospel of blackened death ‘n’ roll. Vengeful Ascension is packed with highlights, from the spine-crushing opener “Forsaken” to the anthemic “Where The Sun Is Silent.” But it’s the title track that really stands out, with its DevilDriver-meets-Behemoth groove and Ben Falgoust’s signature snarl.

‘Power Trip – Nightmare Logic’
