The 2018 Latin American Music Awards are set to take place on October 25, 2018, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.

Introduction

The Latin American Music Awards (Latin AMAs) is an annual American music award that honors artists of Latin descent. It was established in 2015 by the Latin Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences to recognize the most popular albums, songs, and performers in Latin music. The award ceremony features performances by some of the biggest names in Latin music, and is broadcast live on television and radio throughout the United States.

The first Latin AMAs were held on October 8, 2015, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California. The show was hosted by Eva Longoria and Mario Lopez, and featured performances by Ricky Martin, Marc Anthony, Prince Royce, Daddy Yankee, Banda Sinaloense MS de Sergio Lizárraga, Gente de Zona, Farruko, Alexis y Fido, 5 Seconds of Summer, Becky G., and many others.

The awards show will be broadcast live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday, October 25, at 8 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT on Telemundo.

Performers

The show will feature some of the biggest names in Latin music including Bad Bunny, Ozuna, J Balvin, Anitta, Becky G, Diplo, Luis Fonsi and more. Hosts for the evening include Ana Brenda Contreras and membrillo.

Many of music’s hottest acts took to the stage at the 2018 Latin American Music Awards on Thursday night (Oct. 25).

The show, which took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, was hosted by Pitbull and featured performances by some of the biggest names in Latin music, including Camila Cabello, J Balvin, Luis Fonsi and Ozuna.

In addition to the star-studded lineup of performers, there was also a long list of presenters, including Ricky Martin, Gente de Zona, Gloria Trevi, Sebastian Yatra and more.

Red Carpet

The red carpet at the Latin American Music Awards featured many Latinx celebrities and performers. From Gloria Estefan to Ozuna, the Latinx community came out to celebrate Latin music. Take a look at some of the best moments from the red carpet.

Date and Location

The Latin American Music Awards (Spanish: Premios Latinos de la Música) is an annual American music award that is presented by Telemundo. The Latin AMAs recognizes artists in the field of Latin music, including Pop, Regional-Mexican, Tropical, Bachata, Rock, and more. It is the only award show that airs annually which honors Hispanic artists in the United States.

The first edition of the awards was held on October 8, 2015, at Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. Pitbull was the host for the evening. The second edition of the awards were held on October 6, 2016 and was broadcast live from Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. Ricky Martin was announced as the host for the evening. For the third edition which aired live from Pasadena Civic Auditorium on October 25, 2017 Prince Royce hosted the show for the first time.

The fourth edition of Premios LATINAMERICANOS will be held on October 17, 2018 at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles where it will air live on TELEMUNDO at 8pm/7c.

Guests

The Latin American Music Awards ceremony, celebrating the best in Latin music, will be held on October 25, 2018, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. A host has not yet been announced for the event, which will air live on Telemundo.

This year’s show will feature performances by some of the biggest names in Latin music, including Ozuna, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee and Christina Aguilera. Additionally, a number of artists will be honored with awards during the ceremony.

After-Party

The Latin American Music Awards took place on October 25, 2018, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, and it was a star-studded event! The red carpet was full of Latinx celebrities and the show was hosted by Mexican actress Ana de la Reguera and American television personality Mario Lopez. After the awards show, there was an after-party held at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
