The Latin Billboard Music Awards 2021 nominations are in, and we can’t wait to see who takes home the trophy! Check out the full list of nominees below.
Leading the pack
The Latin Billboard Music Awards 2021 will air live on Telemundo on April 27 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT from the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.
J Balvin and Bad Bunny lead the pack of nominees with eight nods each, followed by Ozuna with seven nominations. Balvin is up for top artist, top Latin artist, top male Latin artist and top Latin songs artist, among other awards. Bad Bunny is nominated for top Latin artist, top male Latin artist, top Latin songs artist and top streaming song (video), among other awards. Ozuna is up for top artist, top Latin artist, top male Latin artists and top Latin albums artists, among others.

Nominations by the numbers
This year a total of 83 awards will be handed out in 34 different categories. Leading the pack with the most nominations is Ozuna, with a grand total of 13 nods. Closely trailing behind is Bad Bunny with 12 nominations, while last year’s big winner J Balvin earned himself 11 nods. Anuel AA, Karol G, Rosalía and Shakira each received eight nominations apiece. Speaking of Shakira, the Colombian superstar is this year’s recipient of the prestigious Legend Award, which recognizes “an artist who has influenced and helped shape the Latin music industry over the course of their career.”
A wide variety of genres
The Latin Billboard Music Awards 2021 will take place on Thursday, April 29, and the nominees have just been announced! This year’s awards show will feature a wide variety of genres, including pop, rock, hip-hop, and reggaeton.
