The night’s big winners were Miranda Lambert, who won four awards including Album of the Year for “Platinum,” and Keith Urban, who won three awards including Entertainer of the Year.

In addition to the regular awards handed out during the show, there were a number of special honors given out as well. These included the Cliffie Stone Pioneer Award, which went to Dolly Parton, and the Chairman’s Award, which was presented to Reba McEntire.

This year’s nominees included Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Taylor Swift, and Keith Urban. Some of the night’s big winners included Jason Aldean for Male Vocalist of the Year and Miranda Lambert for Female Vocalist of the Year.
One of the most talked-about moments of the night was when Lambert’s husband Blake Shelton surprised her with a special performance of “Over You.” The couple drew cheers from the crowd as they embraced on stage.
Other memorable performances included Carrie Underwood duetting with Vince Gill on “How Great Thou Art,” Keith Urban paying tribute to Dick Clark with a medley of hits from the ’50s and ’60s, and Taylor Swift closing out the show with a high-energy performance of “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.”
