Introduction
The Country Music Hall of Fame Awards honoring country music legends are presented annually by the Country Music Association. The first awards ceremony was held in 1967, and since then, the CMAs have been one of the most prestigious events in the music industry. Each year, a select group of artists are inducted into the Hall of Fame, and their contributions to country music are celebrated with a star-studded awards ceremony.
The Awards are given in four categories: Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, and Group/Duo of the Year.
