The show closed with a moment to remember the victims of the Route 91 Harvest festival shooting in Las Vegas last year. The Route 91 sign was brought onstage, and Jason Aldean, who was performing at the festival when the shots rang out, took the stage to sing “I Won’t Back Down” in tribute.
