When and where are they taking place?
The Grammy Awards are taking place on Sunday, January 26th, 2020, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Which artists are nominated?
The 62nd annual Grammy Awards will be handed out on Sunday, and though the Recording Academy has expanded the top category to eight nominees this year, the race for album of the year is still one of the tightest in recent memory.
Lil Nas X and Billie Eilish are the front-runners, with each earning six nominations. Lizzo closely follows with eight nods, including in the three biggest categories: album, record and song of the year. Beyoncé earned a nomination for her “Homecoming” live album, while Taylor Swift picked up two nods for “Lover.”
Other artists with multiple nominations include H.E.R., Tanya Tucker, Vampire Weekend, Rosalía, Lana Del Rey and Eilish’s brother Finneas O’Connell, who produced and co-wrote all of her songs.
This year’s awards will be broadcast live on CBS from Los Angeles’ Staples Center at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday. Alicia Keys is set to return as host for a second consecutive year.
The Brit Awards
The Brit Awards are an awards ceremony that is held annually to recognize and celebrate the achievements of artists in the electronic music industry. The awards are open to all artists who have released music in the UK, and they are voted on by a panel of industry experts. This year, the awards will be held on May 10th at the O2 Academy in London.
When and where are they taking place?
The Brit Awards are set to take place on Wednesday 20th February 2019 at London’s O2 Arena. The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on ITV1, with red carpet coverage kicking off at 6.45pm and the main event starting at 8pm.

Which artists are nominated?

In the Best British Breakthrough Artist category, four of the five nominees are electronic artists: Jax Jones, Mabel, Octavian and Conducta. Jones and Mabel are also nominated in the Best British Single category, for their collaborations with Rudimental and Normal People respectively.
Other nominees include Billie Eilish, who is up for five awards including Best International Female Solo Artist, and The 1975, who are nominated for three awards including Best British Group.
