Best Instrumental Pop Artists of 2017
There were so many great instrumental pop music artists in 2017! It was hard to narrow it down to just a few, but here are some of our favorites.
Saxophonist Kamasi Washington released his highly acclaimed album “Harmony of Difference” in 2017, which featured plenty of great instrumental pop tracks. The Album Leaf also released a great instrumental pop album called “Between Waves”, and Japanese Breakfast’s “Soft Sounds from Another Planet” also had some fantastic instrumental pop tracks.
The band Alvvays also released a really great album called “Antisocialites” which had several excellent instrumentals, as did the band Real Estate with their album “In Mind”. We also really enjoyed the newalbum by The Magnetic Fields, “50 Song Memoir”, which featured several wonderful instrumentals.
