Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson was an American singer, songwriter, and dancer. He was born on August 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana, and died on June 25, 2009, in Los Angeles, California. Jackson’s father, Joseph Jackson, was a steel mill worker, and his mother, Katherine Jackson, was a housewife.
Jackson’s new album
Michael Jackson’s new album, “Xscape,” is chock full of new music from the King of Pop.
The album, which was released on May 13, 2014, features eight never-before-heard tracks that were recorded by Jackson between 1983 and 1999.
Though the tracks were initially meant to be demos or unfinished songs, Jackson’s estate decided to have contemporary producers finish them off in order to give fans some new music to enjoy.
Big pop names like Timbaland, Rodney Jerkins, and Stargate worked on the album, infusing Jackson’s classic sound with some modern production values.
The end result is an album that feels both fresh and familiar, and is sure to please any fan of Jackson’s incredible body of work.
Jackson’s death
On June 25, 2009, Michael Jackson died of acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication at his home on North Carolwood Drive in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. His personal physician, Conrad Murray, said he had found Jackson in his bedroom, not breathing and with a barely detectable pulse, and that he administered CPR on Jackson to no avail.

Big Pop’s new album
A new album from Michael W. Smith is always something to celebrate. The 51-year-old artist has been a staple in Contemporary Christian music since his self-titled debut album in 1983, and he’s showing no signs of slowing down. On October 21, 2016, Smith released A Million Lights, his twenty-sixth studio album.
A Million Lights is a return to form for the singer/songwriter. After experimenting with different styles on previous albums like Sovereign and i 2 (EYE), Smith has gone back to his roots, crafting a collection of catchy pop tunes that are sure to please long-time fans. The first single, “Hey!,” is already a hit at Christian radio, and the album’s title track is sure to be another crowd favorite.

Big Pop’s death
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Big Pop, one of the most beloved figures in the music industry.
Big Pop was a larger-than-life character, known for his big personality and love of music. He was a true pioneer in the industry, and his influence will be felt for many years to come.
He was a kind and generous man, always putting others first. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
