The TV is a flat screen that is sitting on a black entertainment center. It has sound coming out of it, and there are pictures moving on the screen. The man in the video is sitting on a couch in front of the TV. He is wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts. He has glasses on, and he is watching the TV intently. As the dubstep music starts to play, he starts to bob his head along with the beat. He then slowly starts to get up off of the couch and start dancing. He starts to do some light footwork and moves his arms around. He then really gets into it and starts to jump around and headbang.
