My Music Folk Rewind: The Best of the Best is a compilation album by American singer-songwriter John Prine, released on October 28, 2016, by Atlantic Records.
The album features 16 of Prine’s most popular songs, including “Angel from Montgomery”, “Paradise”, “Hello in There”, and “In Spite of Ourselves”. My Music Folk Rewind: The Best of the Best peaked at number two on the US Billboard Folk Albums chart and number 72 on the US Billboard 200.
Critical reception for My Music Folk Rewind: The Best of the Best was positive. AllMusic’s Mark Deming wrote that the album “offers a succinct and very effective overview” of Prine’s work. No Depression praised the album, calling it a “thoroughly engaging” collection of Prine’s music.
