The song was released on June 6, 2011 as the album’s fifth single. featuring American rapper Missy Elliott. The song was written and composed by Perry, Dr. Luke and Max Martin while produced by the former two along with Ammo.

Upon its release, “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)” received mixed reviews from music critics: some praised its composition andoho’s on-screen charisma as well as her ability to command the screen despite limited dialogue, while others criticized it for its use of dated references to adolescent culture and derided its placement in the film’s plot. It peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 on January 21, 2012, becoming both LMFAO’s and GoonRock’s first number one single. The video begins with a close-up of Britney in a convertible car, wearing a belly-baring shirt and hot pants. As the car drives through a post-apocalyptic wasteland, we see Britney and her dancers battle zombies. The video then cuts to Britney in a dark club, where she and her dancers writhe around provocatively. We also see glimpses of the outside world, where people are living in poverty and struggling to survive.

The video culminates with Britney and her dancers performing an epic dance routine on top of a building as the world ends. “Till the World Ends” is an intensely visual video that perfectly complements the song’s catchy beat andBritney’s sensual performance.

Jennifer Lopez – “On the Floor”

“On the Floor” is a song recorded by American singer Jennifer Lopez for her seventh studio album, Love? (2011). Featuring American rapper Pitbull, it was released by Island Records on February 8, 2011, as the lead single from the album. The song was written by Omar Martinez, Ulises Hermosa, Pitbull, RedOne, AJ Junior and Teddy Sky, while production was handled by RedOne and Sky. “On the Floor” is a synthpop and Europop song with influences of dance-pop, rap and R&B. Lopez’s aim was to make a club-sounding track that would appeal to all ages.

The song’s music video was directed by TAJ Stansberry and shot in Los Angeles on February 21–22, 2011. It features Lopez as a bulletproof secret agent who is seduced by her enemy (played by Pitbull) before engaging him in a dance battle. According to Lopez, the video pays homage to Janet Jackson’s “Rhythm Nation” (1989) and Sergio Leoni’s La Femme Nikita (1990). Upon its release on March 3, 2011; “On the Floor” received mixed reviews from critics who questioned its originality.
