The Country Music Hall of Fame has announced that its next induction ceremony will take place in Nashville on October 22, 2022. The date marks the 50th anniversary of the Hall of Fame, which was founded in 1972.

This year’s ceremony was originally scheduled for October 2020, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ceremony will now take place on the same date as the CMA Awards, which were also postponed this year.
