2. Lindsey Stirling

With a style that falls somewhere between classical and electronic dance music, Lindsey Stirling has been described as “the perfect fusion of hip-hop and classical music.” A former contestant on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, Stirling has gone on to release a self-titled album and an EP, both of which have charted on the Billboard 200.

3. Nero

If you’re looking for a dubstep group that is a little bit more rock and roll, Nero is the perfect choice. This English trio has been creating music since 2004, and their 2010 album “Welcome Reality” debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart. Nero is known for their high-energy live performances, and their music has been featured in films like “Iron Man 3” and “The Amazing Spider-Man 2.”

Group 4

Dubsahara is a project by American producer Kris Tables that fuses the sounds of traditional Indian music with modern dubstep and bass music. The result is a unique and powerful blend of sounds that is sure to get your head nodding.

Founded in 2013, Dubsahara has released two albums, both of which are available for free download on their website. In addition to their albums, the group has also released a number of singles and remixes, all of which are well worth checking out.

1. Pendulum: Formed in 2002 in Perth, Australia, Pendulum is a five-piece dubstep group that combines classical and electronic music. Their 2006 debut album Hold Your Colour went to number one in the UK Dance Chart and their 2010 album Immersion topped the Australian ARIA chart.

2. Modestep: Formed in 2010 in London, Modestep is a four-piece dubstep group that combines elements of grime, garage and hip hop. Their debut album Evolution Theory was released in 2012 and peaked at number 3 in the UK Albums Chart.

3. Nero: Formed in 2004 in London, Nero is a three-piece dubstep group that combines elements of drum and bass, house and techno. Their 2011 album Welcome Reality went to number one in the UK Albums Chart and their single “Promises” won a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording.

4. Sub Focus: Formed in 2003 in Nottingham, Sub Focus is a solo dubstep musician who combines elements of drum and bass, techno and trance. His self-titled debut album was released in 2009 and reached number 5 in the UK Albums Chart. His 2013 single “Tidal Wave” peaked at number 2 on the UK Singles Chart.

5. Chase & Status: Formed in 2003 in London, Chase & Status are a two-piece dubstep group that combine elements of grime, garage and hip hop. Their 2008 debut album No More Idols went to number 1 on the UK Dance Chart and their 2010 follow-up album Down the Rabbit Hole reached number 2 on the same chart.
