This is a techno remix of the New Junk City level music from the SNES game Earthworm Jim.

Introduction

Earthworm Jim is a sidescrolling platforming/run and gun video game featuring an earthworm named Jim in a robotic suit who battles evil. The game was developed by Shiny Entertainment and released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1994, and was subsequently ported to the Sega Genesis, SegaCD, Game Boy, and Microsoft Windows. The SNES version of the game was re-released on the Wii Virtual Console in North America on November 19, 2007.

The game’s protagonist is an earthworm named Jim who wears a robotic suit. While out taking a walk in his ordinary everyday outfit (a spandex bodysuit), he notices Princess What’s-Her-Name’s crown rolling across the street towards him, followed by an army of Psy-Crow’s men. When Psy-Crow attempts to take back the crown, Jim instinctively puts it on his head and is zapped away to Psy-Crow’s ship. Princess What’s-Her-Name then hires Jim as her protector from Psy-Crow. From there, most of the game involves Jim completing levels to progress towards defeating Psy-Crow and rescuing the princess.

The Only SEO Checklist You Need

thanks for taking the time to check out my SEO checklist! This checklist is designed to help you make sure you’re doing everything you can to optimize your website for the search engines. There are a lot of factors that go into SEO, and it can be overwhelming to try to keep track of everything. That’s why I’ve compiled this list of the most important SEO factors, so you can make sure you’re covering your bases.

SEO Basics

Make sure your site is accessible to both search engines and humans. This means ensuring that your pages are well-coded and free of errors, making sure you’ve designed your navigation to be search engine friendly, and providing quality content that is relevant to what people are searching for.

Designing for search engines means understanding how they work and what they value. Search engines are constantly trying to improve their algorithms to provide the best possible results to users. As a result, they are constantly changing what factors they consider important when ranking websites. Keep up with the latest in SEO by reading blogs and articles from industry experts.

Quality content is the key to success in SEO. Your website’s content should be well written, relevant, and informative. It should also be keyword rich, so that it can be easily found by people who are searching for information on your topic. Creating quality content can be a challenge, but it’s worth the effort, as it will help you attract more visitors to your site, and keep them coming back for more.

Set up GSC and Bing Webmaster tools

If you want your website to be found in search, you need to set up Google Search Console (formerly Google Webmaster Tools) and Bing Webmaster Tools. These are both free services that give you insight into how your website is being found and can help you diagnose and fix problems.

Set up Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a powerful tool that can help you track your website traffic and understand where your visitors are coming from. Setting up Google Analytics is a simple process that only takes a few minutes. Once you have set up Google Analytics, you will be able to see detailed information about your website traffic, including the number of visitors, the average time spent on your site, and the pages that are most popular.

Install and configure an SEO plugin (wordpress)

After you’ve installed and activated WordPress, it’s time to install an SEO plugin. We recommend using the Yoast SEO plugin, which is a popular and well-rated option.

To install the plugin, head to the Plugins section of your WordPress dashboard and search for Yoast SEO. Once you’ve found the plugin, click Install and then Activate.

Once the plugin is activated, you’ll need to configure it. To do this, click on Yoast SEO in the left-hand sidebar of your WordPress dashboard and then click on General. From here, you can configure basic settings like your site’s title and description, as well as more advanced settings like social media integration and XML sitemaps.

Make sure to take some time to familiarize yourself with all of the available settings so that you can configure the plugin to suit your needs.

Keyword Research

The first and most important step in any SEO campaign is keyword research. You need to identify the best keywords to target for your website. This can be done through a variety of methods, including using keyword research tools like Google AdWords Keyword Planner, competitor analysis, and understanding your buyer persona. Once you have a list of target keywords, you need to create content around those keywords. This can be done through blog posts, landing pages, eBooks, and more.

Identify your competitors

In order to outrank your competition, you first need to know who they are. Use a combination of online research and good old-fashioned snooping to identify the main players in your niche or industry. Once you’ve got a good list of potential competitors, it’s time to start taking a closer look at each one.

Conduct a keyword gap analysis

A keyword gap analysis is the process of identifying which keywords your competition is ranking for that you are not. This is an important part of SEO as it allows you to focus your efforts on keywords that you have a realistic chance of ranking for.

There are a number of tools that you can use to conduct a keyword gap analysis, but I prefer to use SECockpit. This tool provides detailed data on search volume, CPC and competition for a given keyword, which is essential in determining whether or not a keyword is worth targeting.

To use SECockpit, simply enter a seed keyword and your competitor’s domain. The tool will then generate a list of keywords that your competitor is ranking for that you are not. You can then prioritize these keywords based on their search volume, CPC and competition level.

Find your main ‘money’ keywords

Your first step is finding the right keywords to focus your SEO efforts on. You want to find the keywords with the highest search volume that are relevant to your business, and that you can reasonably compete for.

There are a few different ways to find these keywords. The first is to simply think like your potential customers. What terms would they use to search for your products or services? Make a list of these terms, and then use a keyword research tool like Google Keyword Planner or Moz Keyword Explorer to see how many people are actually searching for them.

Another great way to find keywords is to look at what your competitors are ranking for. Use a tool like SEMrush or Moz’s Keyword Difficulty Tool to see which terms they’re ranking for and how difficult it would be for you to rank for them as well.

Once you’ve found a few potential keywords, it’s time to start evaluating them. First, you want to make sure that the keywords you’ve chosen are relevant to your business. There’s no point in trying to rank for a keyword like “coffee maker” if you sell software; potential customers who search for that term aren’t looking for what you have to offer.

Second, you want to make sure that the keywords you’ve chosen have enough search volume. There’s no point in trying ranking for a keyword with only 100 monthly searches; even if you do manage to rank, you’re not going to get much traffic from it. Conversely, don’t necessarily rule out a keyword just because it has high search volume; even if it’s difficult to rank for, it could still be worth going after if there’s significant potential traffic involved.

Finally, you want to make sure that the keywords you’ve chosen are ones that you can reasonably compete for. If all of the top-ranking results are major brands with massive budgets, it’s probably not realistic for you to try andrankfor that term; likewise, if there are already several strong competitors ranking ahead ofyoufor a given keyword, it might be toughto breakthrough.

Technical SEO

This is a techno remix of the SNES game Earthworm Jim’s New Junk City level. The original game was composed by Mark Miller and this remix was done by DJ Dain. The remix is four minutes and thirty seconds long.

Leverage “Inspect URL” feature in GSC

The “Inspect URL” feature in GSC is a powerful tool that allows you to submit a URL to Google for indexing. This is a great way to ensure that your content is appearing in search results as soon as possible. In order to use this feature, simply enter the URL of the page you want indexed and click “inspect.” Google will then provide information on when the URL was last indexed, as well as whether or not it is currently being indexed.

Ensure your website is mobile-friendly

If you want to rank in Google, you need to make sure your website is mobile-friendly. With over 60% of searches now coming from mobile devices, Google has made it clear that they are prioritizing mobile-friendly websites in their search results.

To see if your website is mobile-friendly, just enter your URL into Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test tool. This will give you a report on what needs to be fixed to make your website mobile-friendly.

Some common problems that can cause your website to fail the mobile-friendly test are:
-Text that is too small to read
-Links that are too close together
-Content that is wider than the screen
-Images that are not sized formobile screens

Fixing these problems will not only help you rank better in Google, but it will also provide a better experience for your users. And at the end of the day, that’s what we all want.

Check your site’s loading speed

Page speed is a measure of how quickly a web page can be loaded by a web browser. A slow loading page can frustrate users and cause them to leave the site. It can also have an impact on search engine rankings. Google has stated that page speed is a ranking factor in its search algorithms,

There are a number of ways to improve the loading speed of a web page, including:

-Reducing the size of images
– compressing files
– using caching
– minifying CSS and JavaScript files.

On-page and Content

The first thing you want to make sure of is that your title and keywords are relevant to the page and post you’re autoblogging about. If you’re autoblogging about a video game, make sure your title and keywords are relevant to that game. You don’t want to keyword stuff your titles, but you do want to make sure they’re accurate.

Fix duplicate, missing, and truncated title tags

Most roasters have specialized names for their favored roasts and there is very little industry standardization. This can cause some confusion when you’re buying, but in general, roasts fall into one of four color categories — light, medium, medium-dark and dark.

Many consumers assume that the strong, rich flavor of darker roasts indicates a higher level of caffeine, but the truth is that light roasts actually have a slightly higher concentration. The perfect roast is a personal choice that is sometimes influenced by national preference or geographic location. Within the four color categories, you are likely to find common roasts as listed below. It’s a good idea to ask before you buy. There can be a world of difference between roasts.

Light roasts
Light brown in color, this roast is generally preferred for milder coffee varieties. There will be no oil on the surface of these beans because they are not roasted long enough for the oils to break through to the surface.
-Light City
-Half City
-Cinnamon

Medium roasts
This roast is medium brown in color with a stronger flavor and a non-oily surface. It’s often referred to as the American roast because it is generally preferred in the United States.
-City
-American
-Breakfast

Find and fix duplicate or missing meta descriptions

If you want your site to rank well in search engines, it’s important to have unique and helpful meta descriptions for each page. Unfortunately, many sites have either duplicate or missing meta descriptions, which can hurt their chances of ranking.

Fortunately, there are a few easy ways to fix this problem. First, you can use a tool like Screaming Frog to find any pages with duplicate or missing meta descriptions. Then, you can either edit the existing meta descriptions or add new ones.

In addition to unique and helpful meta descriptions, your pages should also have interesting and keyword-rich titles. This will help them rank even higher in search results.

Find and fix multiple H1 tags

If you have more than one H1 tag on your page, Google will often only index the first one. Check your pages to make sure you’re only using one H1 per page, and if you have more than one, try to consolidate them into one. Using multiple H1 tags can also confused search engine crawlers, and may be interpreted as keyword stuffing.

Off-Page SEO

Off-Page SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the process of optimizing a website for the purpose of improving its rank in the search engine results pages (SERPs). The main aim of Off-Page SEO is to build quality backlinks to a website. Backlinks are incoming links to a website from other websites. A backlink is also known as an inbound link or an external link.

The first step in building your own off-page SEO strategy is to take a look at what your competitors are doing. More specifically, you want to analyze their link profiles. This will give you some insight into the types of links they are able to acquire, and what kinds of strategies they are using to get those links.

To do this, you can use a tool like Ahrefs or Majestic. These tools will allow you to see the backlinks pointing to a competitor’s website. Once you have this data, you can start to analyze it and look for patterns.

One thing you want to pay attention to is the types of websites that are linking to your competitor’s site. If you see a lot of high-quality websites linking, then that is a good sign. It means that they are using some effective off-page SEO strategies. On the other hand, if you see a lot of low-quality websites linking, then that is not a good sign. It could mean that they are using some black hat SEO tactics that could get them in trouble down the road.

Once you have analyzed their link profile, you should have a good idea of what kinds of off-page SEO strategies they are using. You can then start to develop your own strategies and see if you can get similar results.

A link intersect analysis is an important part of any off-page SEO strategy. To conduct a link intersect analysis, you need to find out where your competitors’ links are coming from, and then find ways to get links from the same sources.

There are a few different ways to do this:

1. Use a tool like BuzzSumo or Moz’s Open Site Explorer to find out where your competitor’s links are coming from.
2. Use a tool like LinkRisk or Linkody to find out which of your competitor’s links are from high-quality sources.
3. Use a tool like Majestic or ahrefs to find out which of your competitor’s links are from high-authority sources.
4. Use a tool like Monitor Backlinks or LinkDetox Genesis to find out which of your competitor’s links are from toxic sources.
conduct a link intersect analysis on at least five of your competitors, and then start working on getting links from the same sources.

Every website has broken backlinks, but your competitors’ broken backlinks are a goldmine for your own SEO efforts. By targeting your competitor’s broken backlinks, you can not only get some easy link building wins, but you can also improve your understanding of what content is working well for them.

To find your competitor’s broken backlinks, you can use a tool like Monitor Backlinks. Just enter your competitor’s URL and voilà – you’ll have a list of their broken backlinks as well as other useful data like the PageRank of the pages linking to them.

Once you have a list of your competitor’s broken backlinks, it’s time to start building some links of your own. The process is simple: just find a relevant piece of content on your own website and reach out to the webmaster linking to your competitor (using the contact information on their website) and let them know that you have a similar piece of content that they might want to link to instead. In most cases, they’ll be happy to make the switch.

And there you have it – an easy way to get some quick link building wins while also improving your understanding of what content is working well for your competitors.

Conclusion

After a lot of thought, I have come to the conclusion that the Earthworm Jim [Music] – SNES New Junk City Techno Remix is one of the best songs of all time. It is an absolute bop and I cannot get enough of it.
