Martin Garrix

Martin Garrix is a Dutch DJ and electronic music producer from Amstelveen. His most notable single, “Animals,” was released in 2013 and peaked at number one in several countries including the UK, US, Belgium, and his native Netherlands. He has since released several other hit singles, such as “In the Name of Love” with Bebe Rexha and “Scared to Be Lonely” with Dua Lipa. Garrix has performed at some of the world’s biggest music festivals, including Coachella, Tomorrowland, and Ultra Music Festival.

Avicii

Avicii was a Swedish DJ, remixer, and record producer who specialized in electronic dance music. He was known for his hit songs “Wake Me Up,” “Hey Brother,” and ” Levels.” Avicii died on April 20, 2018, at the age of 28.

Tiësto

Tiësto, born Tijs Michiel Verwest, is a Dutch DJ and record producer of electronic dance music. Although he has used many aliases in the past, he is best known for his work as Tiësto. In 1997, he founded the label Black Hole Recordings with Arny Bink, where he released the Magik and In Search of Sunrise CD series.

He is also known for his 2004 collaboration with Ferry Corsten, “Gouryella”, which was ranked number 5 in Mixmag’s Top 100 Greatest Dance Tracks of All Time. Tiësto is also regarded as the “Godfather of EDM” by many electronic dance music fans.

Calvin Harris

Calvin Harris is a Scottish electronic musician, record producer, and DJ. His debut studio album I Created Disco was released in 2007 and included the top-ten single “Acceptable in the 80s”. Its follow-up, Ready for the Weekend (2009), reached number one on the UK Albums Chart and included the top-ten singles “I’m Not Alone”, “Ready for the Weekend”, and “Flashback”. His third studio album, 18 Months (2012), sawHarris become one of only two Scottish solo acts ever to achieve three consecutive number one singles on the UK Singles Chart with “Bounce”, “Feel So Close”, and “Let’s Go”. He has since released four more albums: Motion (2014), My Way (2016)This Is What You Came For (2016)and Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 (2017).

David Guetta

French producer and DJ David Guetta is one of the most popular EDM artists in the world. His hits include “Titanium” (featuring Sia), “Turn Me On” (featuring Nicki Minaj), and “Without You” (featuring Usher).

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are the top EDM House music artists. They are known for their hit songs “The Hum” and “Animals.”

Afrojack

Afrojack is a Dutch DJ, record producer and remixer. He is one of the most popular EDM artists in the world, with a string of hit singles and festival headlining performances to his name. Originally from Rotterdam, Afrojack now resides in Los Angeles and is a regular fixture on the US club and festival circuit. His signature sound is a mix of house and electro, with a dash of hip-hop thrown in for good measure. Some of his best-known tracks include ‘Take Over Control’, ‘No Other Way’ and ‘As Your Friend’.

Armin van Buuren

Armin van Buuren is a Dutch DJ, record producer, and remixer. Since 2001, Van Buuren has been voted four times as the world’s No. 1 DJ byDJ Magazine. In 2019, he was ranked 17th onDJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs of the 2010s.

Born in Leiden, Netherlands, Van Buuren started making music at the age of 14. He was inspired by French electronic music composer Jean-Michel Jarre. He attended the Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden and went on to study law at Leiden University. As a student, he organized shows featuring his favorite artists at the local club night Spunk.During his sets, he often included tracks by rave artists like Man in Space with Wax and What Time Is Love? by The KLF.

In 1997, Van Buuren founded the Armin van Buuren compilation series, a mix of trance and house tracks which became a global phenomenon. This was followed by his debut studio album76 (2000), which was named after the number of beats per minute in typical trance music. It featured the hit singles “Blue Fear” and “Communication”, both of which were top 10 hits in his native Netherlands.

In 2001, Van Buuren released his second studio albumBasic Instinct (2001). The album received positive reviews from music critics and was a commercial success, selling more than 150,000 copies worldwide. It featured the hit singles “Push” and “In & Out of Love”, which were both top 10 hits in several countries.

Alan Walker

Alan Walker (born Alan Olav Walker on 24 August 1997) is a British record producer, DJ and musician. He is best known for his 2015 single “Faded”, which received platinum certifications in over 10 countries. Walker’s debut studio album, Different World, was released in 2018.

Early life and career:
Walker was born in Northampton, England, to a Norwegian mother and British father. When he was two, his family moved to Bergen, Norway. He grew up listening to music by electronic artists such as Tiësto and Martin Garrix. By the age of five, Walker had begun making his own music using Fruity Loops (now FL Studio). In 2012, he released the single “Spectre”, which received millions of plays on SoundCloud and YouTube.

In 2015, he released the single “Faded”, which received platinum certification in over 10 countries and gold certification in the United States. The song became an international hit and was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards. His 2016 single ” Sing Me to Sleep” reached number 3 in the UK Singles Chart. In December 2016, Walker was ranked 36th onDJ Mag’s Top 100 list of DJs. In 2017, he released the singles “Tired” (featuring Gavin James) and “All Falls Down” (featuring Noah Cyrus with Digital Farm Animals). His 2018 single “Darkside” (featuring Au/Ra) peaked at number 14 on the UK Singles Chart.

Marshmello

Marshmello, whose real name is Christopher Comstock, is an American electronic dance music producer and DJ. He first gained international recognition by remixing songs by Jack Ü and Zedd, and later collaborated with artists such as Slushii, Selena Gomez, Khalid, and Anne-Marie. His debut album Joytime was released in 2016, and in 2017 he released singles “Silence”, “Wolves”, and “Friends”. Marshmello’s second album, Joytime II, was released in 2018. In 2019, he collaborated with Korean boy band BTS on the single “Friends”, which peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States.
