“Alive” is a song by Australian electronic music duo Empire of the Sun. It was released on 19 October 2013 as the lead single from their second studio album, Ice on the Dune (2013). The song peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs chart and at number nine in Australia.

“Project T” by Martin Garrix

Dutch DJ and producer Martin Garrix exploded onto the electronic dance music scene in 2013 with his breakout hit “Animals.” Since then, he’s remained one of the genre’s most popular artists, delivering a string of hits including “In the Name of Love” (with Bebe Rexha), “Scared to Be Lonely” (with Dua Lipa), “Ocean” (with Khalid), and “Summer Days” (with Macklemore & Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy). In 2020, he returned to the top of the charts with “Break Through Heaven,” a collaboration with Dutch singer Tempo Elektriks.

“Animals” is a song by Dutch DJ and record producer Martin Garrix, released as a digital download on 17 June 2013 on iTunes. The song debuted at number forty-nine on the UK Singles Chart and number thirty-four on the US Billboard Hot 100. It peaked at number eleven in the Netherlands and was certified platinum by the Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (FIMI).

“Wake Me Up” by Avicii

“Wake Me Up” is a song by Swedish DJ and producer Avicii, released as the lead single from his debut studio album True. The track features vocals from Aloe Blacc and was co-written by Avicii, Blacc, Mike Einziger of Incubus, and Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons. It was produced by Avicii and Einziger.

The song peaked at number four on the US Billboard Hot 100, becoming Avicii’s highest-charting single in the country until “Hey Brother” reached number four in 2013. In the UK, it peaked at number three on the UK Singles Chart. Elsewhere, “Wake Me Up” topped the charts in Belgium (Wallonia), Denmark, Germany, Italy and Spain; it also peaked within the top ten of the charts in over fifteen countries including Austria, Canada, France, Ireland, Mexico and Sweden.”
