Americana is an amalgamation of American music formed by the intersection of folk, country, blues, rhythm and blues, rock and roll. As a musical genre, Americana refers to a panoply of styles including bluegrass, country-rock, gospel, honky tonk, old-timey music, punk-blues, R&B and rockabilly.
