In 2018, Amazon added the option to purchase and download songs as well as stream them. The purchase price for tracks varies depending on the quality of the song.

Google Play Music

Google Play Music is a music and podcast streaming platform and online music store operated by Google, part of its Google Play line of services. The service was announced on May 10, 2011, and after a six-month, invitation-only beta period, it was publicly launched on November 16.

Google Play Music offers both ad-supported and subscription streaming services. It combines a music player with a cloud storage service, making it similar to Apple’s iTunes Match and Amazon Music. Users can upload up to 50,000 songs to the cloud platform. Songs purchased through the Google Play Store do not count against the 50,000-song upload limit. There is no limit to how many times a single song can be uploaded. Songs can be downloaded on the mobile apps for offline playback, with no limits to how many songs can be downloaded per month.
