TheHeat Latin Music Awards were held on April 25, 2021, and it was a night to remember. From Bad Bunny to J Balvin, the evening was filled with spectacular performances and emotional acceptance speeches. Here is a complete list of the winners from the 2021 Heat Latin Music Awards.

The Heat Latin Music Awards are given out annually to honor the best in Latin music. This year, the awards were handed out in Miami on April 28, 2021.

Best New Artist

The Heat Latin Music Awards are back with another year of celebrating the best and brightest in Latin music!

This year’s event was held virtually on March 20, 2021, and featured some of the biggest names in the industry.

And the winner for Best New Artist is…

Bad Bunny!

The Puerto Rican singer and rapper has been taking the world by storm with his unique blend of reggaeton, trap, and Latin pop. His debut album “X 100PRE” was released in 2018 and he has since been nominated for multiple Grammy Awards.

Other nominees in the Best New Artist category included Jhay Cortez, Camilo, Rauw Alejandro, and Reykon.

Congratulations to Bad Bunny on your well-deserved win!

Best Male Artist

It was a big night for Latin music at the 2021 Heat Latin Music Awards, with Bad Bunny, Ozuna and J Balvin leading the pack with three wins apiece.

Bad Bunny took home awards for Best Artist, Best Song and Best Video for his track “Dakiti,” while Ozuna won for Best Album, Best Collaboration and Artist of the Year. J Balvin won in the categories of Best Live Artist, Innovator of the Year and Social Artist of the Year.

Other winners included Karol G (Best Female Artist), Luis Fonsi (Legend Award), Miguel (Rising Star Award) and Rosalía (MVP Award).

Best Female Artist

Selena Gomez took home the award for Best Female Artist at the Heat Latin Music Awards 2021. The singer was up against some stiff competition in the form of Becky G, Karol G, and Rosalía, but she ultimately came out on top.

This is Gomez’s first Heat Latin Music Award, and she dedicated her win to her fans. “Thank you so much, this is for my amazing Selenators,” she said. “I love you so much, thank you for voting.”

Gomez has had an eventful year, both professionally and personally. She released her third studio album, “Rare,” in January 2021, and it debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 chart. She also made headlines for her high-profile breakup with Justin Bieber and subsequent reconciliation with him.

Best Collaboration

The Heat Latin Music Awards are back for 2021 and we have the full list of winners!

This year’s show was hosted by Dominican-American television personality Francisca Lachapel and Chilean model, actor, and producer Gabriel Soto.

The awards ceremony took place at the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Florida on Thursday (April 29).

Some of the night’s big winners included Luis Fonsi, who took home the award for Artist of the Year, and Bad Bunny, who won Best Male Artist. J Balvin was also a big winner, taking home three awards for Best Urban Performance, Best Urban Song, and Best Latin Rhythm Album.

Best Song

This year’s Heat Latin Music Awards were full of incredible music! From Selena Gomez’s “De Una Vez” to J Balvin and Bad Bunny’s “Un Día (One Day),” there were so many catchy tunes that competed for the coveted title of Best Song.

And the winner is… “Un Día (One Day)” by J Balvin and Bad Bunny! This track was an instant hit when it was released in 2020, and its success has only continued in 2021. The reggaeton song is about enjoying life and living in the moment, something we can all relate to after a year like 2020.

Other nominees in the Best Song category included Ozuna’s “Caramelo,” which came in second place, and Anuel AA and Karol G’s “Secreto,” which came in third.

Best Album

The Heat Latin Music Awards are thrilled to announce the winners of this year’s awards show! The highly-coveted Best Album award goes to ‘El Dorado’ by Shakira. This is Shakira’s second album to win this award, the first being ‘Fijación Oral Vol. 1’ in 2006.

Best Artist

This year’s Heat Latin Music Awards were held virtually on March 25, 2021, and featured some of the biggest names in Latin music. The awards recognize the best Latin music of the year and are determined by a panel of industry experts. This year’s winners in the Best Artist category are:
