He also released two tracks on Hardwell’s record label Revealed Recordings; “Proxy” and “Virus (How About Now)”. The latter track entered the Beatport Top 100 chart at number 55, becoming his first track to do so. In 2014, Garrix collaborated with singer Usher on the song “Don’t Look Down”. He also produced Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s track “Tremor”, which was included on the pair’s album Smash the House and became a major hit, reaching number 3 on the Beatport Top 100 chart and number 2 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart in early 2015.

In 2012, Pollstar designated Aoki as the highest grossing dance artist in North America from tours. He has collaborated with producers and vocalists such as will.i.am, Afrojack, LMFAO, Linkin Park, Iggy Azalea, Lil Jon, blink-182, Laidback Luke, Louis Tomlinson and Fall Out Boy. He is known for his remixes of songs by other musicians; he has also released several singles of his own. His debut full-length album Wonderland was released on January 10, 2012 and was preceded by the singles “Azukita”, “Play It Cool”, and “No Beef”, which featured Afrojack and Miss Palmer.

Aoki has toured worldwide including performances at Tomorrowland in Belgium and Ultra Music Festival in Miami. He also runs his own record label named Dim Mak Records which he founded in 1996 with partner John Valenti.
