Looking for some great background music for your next video project? Check out our guide on how to find instrumental music in YouTube videos.

Go to the YouTube video you want to find the instrumental music for

In the bottom right corner of the video screen, click the menu button (three vertical dots). A drop-down menu will appear.
At the bottom of the drop-down menu, click “Open transcript.” A pop-up window will appear with a list of all the words that are spoken in the video as it progresses.

As you look through the transcript, look for any words that appear in all caps. These are the titles of songs that are playing in the background of the YouTube video.

You can also try this method with any other type of video, not just YouTube videos. This method works best with videos that have a lot of dialogue, because those are the videos that will have transcripts available.

If you’re looking for instrumental music, the best place to start is YouTube. YouTube has a huge selection of videos with instrumental music, both from professional musicians and amateurs.

When you’re looking for a video, the first thing to do is look for a link that says “show more” under the description of the video. This will expand the description and give you more information about the video.

If the video is an official music video, there will usually be a link to buy the song or album in the description. If not, you can try looking up the artist’s name and seeing if they have any other videos on YouTube.

Another great way to find instrumental music is to search for “live session” or “instrumental cover.” These are videos where musicians are playing their instruments without any vocals. These can be great if you’re looking for something relaxing or if you want to focus on work or study.

When you’re watching a YouTube video, look for a link labeled “More info” under the “i” icon next to the video title. Click on that link, and a drop-down menu will appear with various pieces of information about the video, including the option to “Find instrumental versions.” Click that, and YouTube will search its database for versions of the song without vocals.

Scroll down until you see the “Creative Commons” heading

Clicking on the “Creative Commons” link will take you to a page with a search bar. You can type in any keywords you want, but we recommend typing in “instrumental music.” This will bring up a list of videos that have been tagged as being appropriate for use in YouTube videos.

Clicking on “view full legal terms” will take you to a page that contains the entire text of YouTube’s Terms of Service. Scroll down to section 5B, which is titled “Music Content.” This section contains YouTube’s policies regarding the use of music in videos.

When you click on a video in YouTube, there is usually a “Show More” link under the description. Click on that link, and a new page will open showing all the information about the video, including the number of views, likes, dislikes, comments, etc. Under the heading “Additional Information,” you will usually find a link to the “watch page” for that video. This is the page where you can watch the video without any ads or other distractions.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see a list of all the songs used in the video

Welcome to our guide on how to find instrumental music in YouTube videos. This can be a great way to discover new music, or simply to find a version of a song that you can use for karaoke or background music.

There are a few different ways to go about this, but the easiest is to scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see a list of all the songs used in the video. If you click on one of the songs, it will take you to a page where you can purchase the song or album from iTunes, Amazon, or Google Play.

You can also try searching for the song title plus the word “instrumental” in YouTube’s search bar. This will sometimes bring up versions of the song without vocals.

If you’re still having trouble finding what you’re looking for, there are a few other options. You can try using a site like SongBase (www.songbase.com) which lets you search for songs by instruments used, or you can try contacting the video’s creator and asking them where they got the instrumental version of the song.

YouTube has a wealth of music videos, but sometimes you just want the music—minus the video. Maybe you need to focus on work and want to minimize distractions, or maybe you just want to avoid running up your data cap on your mobile plan by streaming video when audio will do.

Fortunately, it’s easy to find instrumental versions of songs on YouTube, and we’ll show you how.

Step 1: Find the song you want in YouTube.

Step 2: Click on the More options menu (the three dots) below the video.

Step 3: Select Open transcript. This will open a window with a transcript of the song’s lyrics (assuming that they’re available).
