The 1975

The 1975 is an English rock band formed in Manchester in 2002. The group consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Matthew Healy, lead guitarist Adam Hann, bassist Ross MacDonald, and drummer George Daniel. The band’s original material was written by Healy, with the anomalous track “Me” being co-written by Hann. Healy was the primary composer of the band’s songs until 2016 when Daniel, Hann and MacDonald made significant contributions to the album I Like It When You Sleep, for You Are So Beautiful yet So Unaware of It.

The band’s self-titled debut album was released on 2 September 2013 and peaked at number one on the UK Albums Chart in September 2016 with their third album A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships. In May 2018, they released their fourth album entitled Love It If We Made It which also debuted atop the UK Albums Chart.

The National

The National is an American indie rock band formed in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1999. The band consists of Matt Berninger (lead vocals), Aaron Dessner (guitar, keyboards), Bryce Dessner (guitar, keyboards), Scott Devendorf (bass) and Bryan Devendorf (drums). Long-time collaborator Mike Mills also contributes to the band’s recordings.

The National has released eight studio albums, two of which were nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album. Upcoming ninth album, I Am Easy to Find is set to release on May 17th, 2019.

Arcade Fire

Arcade Fire are a Canadian indie rock band, consisting of husband and wife Win Butler and Régine Chassagne, along with Win’s younger brother William Butler, Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury and Jeremy Gara. The band’s five members began performing together as Arcade Fire in Montreal in 2001, blending elements of rock and roll, folk music, pop and punk.
