Introduction

The Latin American Music Awards (LAMA) is an annual awards show that celebrates the best in Latin American music. The show is broadcast live on Telemundo, and features performances by some of the biggest names in the Latin music industry. This year’s show will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2020, at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.

Eslabon Armado is nominated for five awards at this year’s show, including Artist of the Year and Album of the Year. The band is also up for Best Latin Rock, Alternative or Urban Album, and Best Norteño Album.

Eslabon Armado is a Norteño band from Mexico that was formed in 2009. The band is made up of five members: Luis Gerardo Rivera (lead vocals), Jorge Antonio Salinas (guitars), Iván Ortiz (accordion), Ricardo Mora (bass) and Pablo Rodriguez (drums).

The band’s debut album, “Un Nuevo Camino,” was released in 2010, and includes the singles “Tu Amor es mi Amor” and “Que Bonito.” Eslabon Armado’s second album, “En Las buenas y en Las Malas,” was released in 2012, and includes the singles “Mi Corazon es Tuyo” and “Te Amo Tanto.”

Eslabon Armado has won several awards throughout their career, including two Latin Grammy Awards, one for Best Norteño Album for “En Las buenas y en Las Malas” in 2013, and one for Best Regional Mexican Song for “Mi Corazon es Tuyo” in 2014.

This is the first time that Eslabon Armado has won the award for Best Urban Artist, and they dedicated their win to their fans.

Eslabon Armado is made up of three members: Erick, Luis and Omar.
