The Latin American Music Awards (LAMAS) is an annual American music award show that is presented by the television network Telemundo. The awards ceremony recognizes the most popular artists in Latin music, as determined by online votes cast by the general public through the official LAMAS website.
J. Balvin
J. Balvin is a reggaeton singer from Colombia. He is one of the most popular reggaeton artists in the world and has won several awards, including Latin Grammy Awards and MTV Video Music Awards. He will be performing at the Latin American Music Awards in 2022.
Bad Bunny
It’s official: the Latin American Music Awards are coming back for 2022! And who better to get the party started than Bad Bunny?
The announcement was made on February 9th, 2022, with the show set to air live on Telemundo from the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.

Ozuna is a reggaeton and Latin trap singer from Puerto Rico. His real name is Juan Carlos Ozuna Rosado. Ozuna has been active in the music industry since 2014 and has released several hit singles, such as “Dile Que Tu Me Quieres”, “Tu Foto”, “El Farsante”, “Se Preparó”, and “Te Robaré”. He has also collaborated with several other artists, such as Bad Bunny, DJ Snake, J Balvin, and Cardi B. Ozuna is set to perform at the Latin American Music Awards in 2022.
Rosalía
Rosalía is a Spanish singer, songwriter, record producer and actress. Born and raised in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, a municipality of Barcelona, she first attracted attention on the Internet platform YouTube. After signing with Sony Music in 2015, she released her debut single “Brillo”. In 2017, Rosalía rose to prominence with her self-titled second studio album and its lead single “Malamente”, which won the Grammy Award for Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards. She has since won two additional Latin Grammy Awards. With her success in Latin America and Spain, Rosalía has been credited as one of the forces behind what has been termed as a “new wave” or “third generational” of flamenco artists.

Karol G is a Colombian reggaeton singer-songwriter who will be performing at the Latin American Music Awards in 2022. Born and raised in Medellín, Colombia, Karol G began her musical career in 2009, when she released her first single, “Mi Cuchara”. She rose to prominence in 2012 with the release of her second single, “Víbora”, which peaked at number two on the Colombian Billboard chart. In 2017, Karol G released her debut album, Unstoppable, which peaked at number one on the US Billboard Top Latin Albums chart. In 2019, Karol G won three Latin Grammy Awards for Best Urban Fusion/Performance, Best Urban Song and Best Contemporary Tropical Album.

born Camilo Echeverry on September 22, 1994, is a Colombian singer, songwriter and actor. He rose to fame in 2016 after the release of his singles, “El Mismo Aire” and “Vida de Rico”, and his debut album, Por Primera Vez. Camilo won five Latin Grammy Awards in 2020, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year for “Tutu”.
