Conclusiones

Nuestro objetivo era analizar las canciones latinoamericanas más populares de 2020 y establecer si existían diferencias significativas entre ellas. Después de separar las canciones en géneros y calcular su popularidad usando un índice compuesto, encontramos resultados interesantes.

Las canciones de reggaeton se destacaron como las más populares en todos los países, seguidas de cerca por el pop latino y el trap. Además, encontramos que a nivel mundial, el género latino más popular fue el reggaeton, seguido por el pop latino y el trap. En lo que respecta a las diferencias regionales, América Latina prefiere el reggaeton, mientras que en España, Portugal y Estados Unidos predominan el pop latino y el trap.

Aunque no hubo muchas sorpresas en nuestros resultados, sí nos permitieron ver con claridad qué tipo de música es la más popular en Latinoamérica actualmente.
