Jesse Cook is a Juno award-winning Canadian guitarist, composer, and producer. His music is often described as “nuevo flamenco,” but it also incorporates elements of jazz and world music. He has released ten studio albums and has toured extensively throughout the world.

Rodrigo y Gabriela

Rodrigo y Gabriela are a Mexican guitar duo who specialize in playing fast-paced, acoustic guitar-based instrumental music. They have released six studio albums, and their latest album, Mettavolution, was released in 2019.

The duo’s style combines elements of several different genres, including flamenco, rock, and jazz. They often play complex arrangements of well-known songs by other artists, as well as original compositions. Rodrigo y Gabriela have toured extensively throughout their career and have performed with some of the world’s most famous orchestras.

Ottmar Liebert

Ottmar Liebert (born February 1, 1960) is a German-born, New Age Flamenco guitarist. In 1989, he released his first album, Nouveau Flamenco, which became one of the all-time bestselling guitar albums. His music is frequently described as “nouveau flamenco”, although it contains elements of new age, bossa nova and jazz.

Liebert’s father was a clarinetist in the German Radio Orchestra, and his mother was avisual artist. He began playing guitar at the age of eight. When he was fifteen, he began performing in bands such as The Phantoms, TNT and Streetmark. He also attended art school in Germany for three years before moving to the United States in 1981.

In America, Liebert worked as a session musician and guitarist for other artists such as Culture Club, Cyndi Lauper, George Clinton and Melissa Manchester. He also composed music for TV commercials and movies. In 1989, he released his first album, Nouveau Flamenco, which became one of the all-time bestselling guitar albums.

Since then, Liebert has released seventeen albums and has won numerous awards including two Grammy nominations. His music is frequently described as “nouveau flamenco”, although it contains elements of new age, bossa nova and jazz.

Strunz & Farah

Strunz & Farah are a virtuoso guitar duo from Costa Rica and the United States. The highly respected guitarists have been performing and recording together since 1984. They combine elements of Latin, jazz, rock, and classical music to create their own distinctive style of guitar music.

Strunz & Farah have released 17 albums and have toured extensively throughout the world. They have won numerous awards and accolades, including a Grammy Award for Best Classical Crossover Album for their album Infinite Odyssey.
