Best Dressed Stars

The Latin American Music Awards 2021 took place on Thursday, October 8, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, and it was a star-studded event. The award show, which aired live on Telemundo, was hosted by Leslie Grace and Ludwika Paleta.

There were many standout looks on the red carpet, but some of our favorites came from Joss Favela, Ana de la Reguera, and Jeimy Osorio.

Joss Favela rocked a black tuxedo with gold embellishments on the arms and lapels. He accessorized with a gold watch and necklace, and styled his hair in a sleek quiff.

Ana de la Reguera stunned in a plunging red gown with ruffled detailing. She kept her jewelry to a minimum, opting for just a pair of hoop earrings.

Jeimy Osorio looked gorgeous in an off-the-shoulder black dress with subtle tulle detailing. She added a pop of color with her red lips, and wore her hair in loose waves.

Worst Dressed Stars

The Latin American Music Awards became a who’s who of the Latin music world on Thursday night.

The annual awards show, which was held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, was hosted by Jackie Cruz and Myke Towers.

A number of music’s biggest stars were in attendance, including Bad Bunny, J Balvin, Ozuna, Anuel AA, Karol G, Christian Nodal, Manuel Turizo, Natti Natasha, Sofia Reyes and Prince Royce.

While there were many fashion hits on the red carpet, there were also a few misses.

Here are the worst dressed stars of the night:

1. Anuel AA: The reggaeton star wore a red Givenchy logo hoodie with matching trousers. While the look is comfortable, it’s not red carpet worthy.

2. J Balvin: The Colombian singer donned an all-black ensemble that consisted of a Givenchy logo hoodie, pants and sneakers. Again, this is a casual look that is better suited for the street than for a red carpet event.

3. Sofia Reyes: The Mexican singer wore a pink tulle gown with ostrich feather detailing from Giambattista Valli’s Fall 2020 Couture collection. While the dress is pretty, it’s not flattering on Reyes and looks like it would be more suited for a ballerina than for a pop star.
