Music Together in Castle Rock: Introduction

Music Together® is an internationally recognized early childhood music and movement program for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergartners, and the adults who love them. First created in 1987, it is now offered in over 2,000 communities in the U.S. and more than 40 countries around the world.

The program consists of developmentally appropriate songs, dances, rhythmic chants, and tonal and beat exploration activities led by a trained teacher who uses a variety of instruments. Parents or caregivers are actively involved in the class and are encouraged to participate in the fun with their child!

Our research-based curriculum helps children develop music skills as they:
– sing hello & goodbye to everyone in class
– learn to keep a steady beat
– explore new sounds with shakers & drums
– experience fast & slow tempos
– play clapping games & fingerplays
– improvise & create their own music
