In 1993, Judd released her second album, Tell Me Why. The album peaked at number one on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and was certified double platinum by the RIAA. In 1994, she released her third album, Hearts in Armor. The album peaked at number two on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and was certified platinum by the RIAA.
Judd has also appeared in television shows and movies such as Blue Valley Songbird (1999), Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood (2002), and Failure to Launch (2006).
