This record sees him moving away from his usual sample-based sound towards a more textural and ambient direction, so it should be an interesting listen for fans of his previous work.

4. The Return Of Moderat
Moderat is a collaborative project between German producers Modeselektor and Apparat, and they’re finally back with their long-awaited third album ‘III’, which is due out on 3rd April. This record sees the duo returning to their roots with a focused techno sound, so it should be a welcome return for fans who missed their earlier work.

5. A New Album From NILS FRAHM
Nils Frahm is one of the most respected names in modern classical music, but he’s also no stranger to electronic production techniques. His latest album ‘All Encores’ consists of three previously unreleased tracks that were recorded during live shows, so it should offer an intriguing insight into his creative process. It’s due out on 24th April via Erased Tapes Records.
