Shape of You- Ed Sheeran

“Shape of You” is a song by English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. It was released as a digital download on 6 January 2017 as one of the double lead singles from his third studio album ÷ (2017), along with “Castle on the Hill”. The remix version with American rapper Lil Yachty was released on 18 August 2017. The song peaked at number one on the UK Singles Chart, becoming Sheeran’s fourth chart-topping single in the country. In the US, “Shape of You” spent 12 weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the longest-running number-one single of 2017 and Sheeran’s second US number one single. Internationally, “Shape of You” topped the charts in thirty-three countries, including Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland and New Zealand. It was also within the top ten in almost every territory it charted in.

The song’s official remixes include versions by Cashmere Cat, Galantis, Major Lazer and Mufasa & HYPHYNATION.

That’s What I Like is a song by American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars from his third studio album, 24K Magic (2016). The song was written by Mars, Philip Lawrence, Christopher Brody Brown, James Fauntleroy, Johnathan Yip, Ray Romulus, Jeremy Reeves and Ray McCullough II, and produced by Mars, Lawrence and Brown.

Despacito – Luis Fonsi ft. Daddy Yankee

“Despacito” (English: “Slowly”) is a single by Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi featuring Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankee from the former’s upcoming studio album. On January 12, 2017, Universal Music Latin released “Despacito” and its music video, which shows both artists performing the song in La Perla neighborhood of Old San Juan, Puerto Rico and the local bar La Factoría. The song was written by Luis Fonsi, Erika Ender and Daddy Yankee, and produced by Mauricio Rengifo and Andrés Torres. A remix version featuring Canadian singer Justin Bieber was released on April 17, 2017.

Something Just Like This – The Chainsmokers ft. Coldplay

This song was released in early 2017 and quickly became a sensation. It is a piano-driven ballad with a simple, yet catchy melody. The lyrics are about finding someone who makes you feel “just like this.”

Alessia Cara is a 21-year-old singer and songwriter from Brampton, Ontario. She is best known for her single “Here”, which reached number five on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2015. Her debut album, Know-It-All, was released in November 2015 and debuted at number nine on the US Billboard 200 chart. Cara has been nominated for four Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist.

Khalid

Khalid Donnel Robinson (born February 11, 1998), known mononymously as Khalid, is an American singer and songwriter. His debut single, “Location”, was released in 2016 and peaked at number 16 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and was later certified quadruple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). His debut studio album, American Teen, was released on March 3, 2017. The album peaked at number four on the US Billboard 200 chart and was later certified double platinum by the RIAA. In 2018, Khalid received five nominations at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist and Song of the Year for “1-800-273-8255”.

Billie Eilish is an American singer and songwriter born and raised in Los Angeles, California.
Eilish’s debut single, “Ocean Eyes”, went viral and has amassed over 132 million streams on Spotify alone, as of October 2019. In 2017, she released her EP dont smile at me followed by her debut studio album WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? in 2019. The album debuted atop the Billboard 200, making Eilish the youngest artist to ever achieve this feat.

Eilish has won numerous awards, including five Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, two Guinness World Records, and three MTV Video Music Awards. In 2019, Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world.

Wannabe – Spice Girls

Wannabe is the debut single by English girl group the Spice Girls. The song was written by the group members with Matt Rowe and Richard Stannard during the group’s first professional songwriting session. It was released by Virgin Records on 8 July 1996, as the group’s debut single, in association with breakfast cereal company Kellogg’s. Wannabe topped the UK Singles Chart for seven weeks and hit number one in more than 30 countries, including Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand and the United States.

The song has received praise from music critics and pop stars alike. In June 1997, Wannabe was nominated for Best Single at the 1997 Brit Awards. In 2010, Rolling Stone ranked it 37th on their list of “The 100 Greatest Pop Songs of All Time”. In 2012, VH1 ranked it at number 1 on their list of “100 Greatest Songs of the ’90s”.

Yeah! – Usher ft. Lil Jon, Ludacris

“Yeah!” is a song recorded by American singer Usher and features Lil Jon and Ludacris. The track was released on January 27, 2004, as the lead single from Usher’s fourth studio album, Confessions (2004). “Yeah!” peaked at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 and in fifteen other countries, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and Denmark. The song received a positive response from music critics and won a Grammy Award for Best Rap/Sung Performance at the 47th Annual Grammy Awards. The single’s accompanying music video features Usher performing choreography in a club in front of blue laser beams.

I Gotta Feeling – The Black Eyed Peas

“I Gotta Feeling” is the second single from The Black Eyed Peas’ fifth album, The E.N.D., produced by David Guetta. The song was released on May 21, 2009 and debuted at number two on the Billboard Hot 100, behind “Boom Boom Pow”, making them the first duo or group in the Hot 100’s history to achieve this feat. The song peaked at number one on December 5, 2009, giving the group their sixth consecutive Hot 100 number-one single and ninth overall; the song became the fifth most successful digital track in the US according to Billboard of all-time with sales of 7 million units as of October 2012.

Can’t Feel My Face – The Weeknd

The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, is a Canadian singer, songwriter and record producer. He first rose to prominence with the release of his mixtapes House of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes of Silence in 2011. “Can’t Feel My Face” is a song performed by Canadian singer The Weeknd from his second studio album Beauty Behind the Madness (2015). The song was released on June 8, 2015 as the lead single from the album.

Sorry – Justin Bieber

“Sorry” is a song recorded by Canadian singer Justin Bieber for his fourth studio album, Purpose (2015). The song was released on October 22, 2015 as the second single from the album. A dancehall-influenced electronic tune, “Sorry” features electronic instrumentation with hand claps and drum machine beats, and consists in a plead to a former lover who is taken for granted. The song’s lyrics revolve around Bieber asking forgiveness from a former lover.

Critical reception of “Sorry” was positive, with critics complimenting its dancehall style and describing it as one of album’s highlights. It peaked at number two on the US Billboard Hot 100, making it Bieber’s sixth chart topper in Canada and his ninth in the United States. Certified double platinum in Canada and the United States respectively, it also became his second-bestselling single after “What Do You Mean?”.
