Early Life and Career

Randy Valentine was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica, on October 6, 1986. His father was a sound engineer, and his mother was a singer. Valentine began his musical career as a young child, singing in his church choir and performing at local talent shows. He later joined a local band called Upstream, with whom he recorded his first demo tape.

In 2004, Valentine relocated to England to pursue a solo career. He released his debut single, “Can’t Get Enough,” in 2006 and followed it with the album We Rise in 2007.
