The Crowd

As you walk in you are overwhelmed with the size of the theater. Then you notice the gigantic stage that is set up at the front of the room and all around it are people, lots and lots of people. The age range seems to go from around 8 or 9 years old to 60 or 70. There are girls with their dads, moms with their daughters, couples on dates, groups of friends and just about every combination you can think of. Everyone is talking and laughing and seems to be having a great time.

The Energy

The theater’s website boasts that the venue is “one of the most intimate and acoustically perfect concert halls in America.” From my experience, I would definitely say that this is true. The theater only holds around 700 people, so no matter where you are sitting, you will have an amazing view of the stage. Additionally, the sound quality is incredible- you can really hear every note the artists are playing. But what makes the theater truly special is the energy that is present. The Drinks

The one thing that differentiates Red Rock from other music venues is their creative and delicious drink menu. Whether you are a beer, wine, or cocktail person, they have something for everyone. For beer lovers, they have a rotating tap of local Colorado beers. For wine lovers, they offer both red and white wine by the glass or bottle. And for cocktail lovers, they have an extensive list of cocktails made with fresh ingredients. But my personal favorite is the “Rocky Mountain Mule” which is made with Colorado honey whiskey, lime juice, and ginger beer.
