All of this information is valuable when you’re trying to determine how strong your competitor’s link profile is. The more referring domains they have, and the higher the quality of those domains, the stronger their link profile will be.

One of the most important aspects of off-page SEO is building links. In order to rank higher in search engine results pages (SERPs), your website needs to have links from high-quality websites. However, not all links are created equal. You want to make sure that you are building links from websites that are relevant to your niche and have a high domain authority (DA).

To find out which websites would be the best to get links from, you can conduct a link intersect analysis. This is a process where you identify websites that are linking to your competitors but not to you. This means that these websites are already interested in the type of content that you have to offer and are more likely to link to you if you reach out to them.
