SiriusXM announced today the launch of its new gospel music channel, Praise. The channel, which will feature the biggest names in contemporary and classic gospel music, will debut on Thursday, March 1 at 12:00 pm ET on SiriusXM channel 64.

“We are excited to launch Praise, a new SiriusXM channel that celebrates the rich tradition of gospel music and its influential place in American culture,” said Steve Blatter, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Music Programming, SiriusXM. “Praise will offer listeners an uplifting mix of contemporary hits and classic songs from some of the most beloved artists in gospel music history.”

Praise will feature artists such as Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, Marvin Sapp, Tamela Mann, Donnie McClurkin, Hezekiah Walker, Smokie Norful, Tye Tribbett and many more. The channel will also air exclusive shows hosted by some of the biggest names in gospel music including Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, CeCe Winans and Yolanda Adams.

The channel will feature music from a variety of gospel artists

SiriusXM has announced the launch of a new gospel music channel. The channel, which will be called ‘The Message’, will feature music from a variety of gospel artists, including Kirk Franklin, Steven Curtis Chapman, Donnie McClurkin, and CeCe Winans.

The channel will also feature talk shows and call-in programs hosted by pastors and ministers. In addition, SiriusXM will offer listeners the opportunity to win prizes and attend live events.

‘The Message’ will be available on SiriusXM radios nationwide on February 28th.

The channel will be available to SiriusXM subscribers

Starting on April 8, the channel will be available to SiriusXM subscribers nationwide on SiriusXM radios (channel 65), as well as on the SiriusXM app and online
at siriusxm.com.

Led by veteran on-air host Rob Redding, the new channel will feature artists such as Kirk Franklin, Hezekiah Walker, James Fortune & FIYA, Tye Tribbett, Donnie McClurkin, Tamela Mann, Marvin Sapp and Mary Mary. Additionally, listeners will hear music from legendary artists such as Mahalia Jackson, The Staples Singers, Andraé Crouch, James Cleveland and The Clark Sisters.
