Social Media Manager

Do you love music and have a passion for social media? Sony Music Latin is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team!

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns that promote our artists and their music. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that will help grow our artists’ online presence and engagement with fans.

Requirements for the role include:
– At least 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or celebrities
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
– Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools
– Able to work independently as well as part of a team

A&R Coordinator

As an A&R Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the A&R team, as well as assisting in the daily operations of the department. Your role will be crucial in helping to maintain relationships with artists and managers, as well as coordinating studio sessions and other meetings. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for music, we want to hear from you!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements for A&R team
-Maintain artist contact lists and databases
-Assist with coordination of recording sessions, including booking studios and engineers
-Coordinate meetings andxc other events as needed
-Prepare expense reports and process invoices
-Provide general administrative support to the department, including answering phones, drafting correspondence, etc.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills
-Ability to multitask & prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
-Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
-Proactive & resourceful problem solver
-Flexible & adaptable to change
-Passionate about music

Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This person will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. If you are interested in joining a dynamic and growing company, we want to hear from you!


-Answer incoming calls and respond to messages in a professional and courteous manner
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Create and maintain filing systems
-Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and handling mail
