The 2015 Soul Train Music Awards took place on November 6th at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. The annual awards show honors the best in R&B, soul, and hip-hop music. This year’s show was hosted by actress Tichina Arnold and comedian/actor Deon Cole.

The red carpet arrivals began at 5pm PT and were streamed live on BET.com. Celebrities in attendance included: Usher, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Meagan Good, Tank, August Alsina, Jeremih, K. Michelle, Teyana Taylor, Sevyn Streeter, Joe Budden, Ledisi, Rico Love, Andra Day, Pell, Ty Dolla $ign, Post Malone, Tyga, Tinashe, Rae Sremmurd and more.

The night’s big winners included: Nicki Minaj (Best Female R&B/Soul Artist), Chris Brown (Best Male R&B/Soul Artist), Meghan Trainor (Best New Artist), Beyoncé (Song of the Year), and Rihanna (Album of the Year).

Beyoncé, Chris Brown, The Weeknd and Nicki Minaj were among the big winners at this year’s Soul Train Music Awards.

-Beyoncé performed “Runnin’ (Lose It All)” with Bruno Mars.
-Chris Brown sang “Liquor” and “Back to Sleep.”
-The Weeknd performed “Earned It” and “Can’t Feel My Face.”
